Trophy Insurance Group in Weatherford, TX is seeking an Account Manager to help grow and manage our growing portfolio. We are an independent brokerage with multiple carrier offerings for personal lines, business insurance, group health/life, and Medicare.

$130,000 - $170,000 yearly

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals.
• Provide support to existing sales and service staff as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• 3 years of sales, management, or experience that demonstrates a pattern of increased responsibility and results.
• Proven track record of successful sales negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have US work authorization.
